Dear Rolling Hills Families,

Welcome to a new year at Rolling Hills Middle School! Whether you're returning or new to our community, it’s a joy to have each of you as part of our RHMS family.

As your PTA President, I’m honored to invite you to join the Rolling Hills PTA. Together — parents, teachers, administrators, and families — we strengthen our school environment and elevate student experiences. From supporting teacher grants and classroom resources, to funding after-school clubs, campus enhancements, and community-building events, the PTA plays a vital role in making RHMS a vibrant place to learn and grow.

How you can help this year — donate & participate
We’re launching our Annual Giving Drive with a suggested donation of $200 per student. Every dollar goes right back into programs that benefit our students and school. No gift is too small — participation and support in any form (time, ideas, connections) are equally valuable. This year we are focused on raising funds to update various exercise machines in the Cardio room.  Our annual giving goal this year is $54,000. With your support we can achieve this and beyond!

Watch our community in action
You’ll see what makes our school special in this new video — featuring students, teachers, parents, and Mr. Cribari — capturing the spirit, energy, and promise of Rolling Hills.

As you watch, I hope you feel the pride, excitement, and commitment of our community.

Let’s make this a remarkable year together.

  • Please consider joining the PTA - www.ptarhms.org
  • Make a donation to our Annual Giving Drive - www.ptarhms.org/single-donate &  ask your employer if they offer employer match program, (twice the support & impact!)
  • Donate your time or ideas — we need organizers, event coordinators, communication helpers, and more.

Thank you for your support and partnership. Your involvement, in whatever form, strengthens Rolling Hills and helps all our students thrive.

Warmly,

James Gardner,  President & PTA Executive Board - Poopak Tameh - Vice President, Jill Brewer - Secretary,  Sangeetha Katta - Treasurer,  Jenny Holbrook - VP Annual Giving,  Jenell Carroll- VP Fundraising, Christine Millar - Parliamentarian

Students enjoyed a lively performance filled with singing, dancing, and even a few spontaneous conga lines. It was a wonderful way to honor Mexican culture and bring our school community together through music and joy!

We need your help on Friday, November 7th to pull of the 20th Annual Sport-a-Thon, where funding goes to support our student athletes as they compete in the West Valley Athletic League.  Please take a moment to read the attached flyers and contact Mrs. Allen with ANY questions and your availability.

We need upwards of 50 adults for this to be a success!  Help is really the supervision of dozens of games happening simultaneously on campus... such as pickleball, frisbee, flag football, rocks, broom hockey, basketball, and more!

  • 6th graders participate during periods 3 and 4.
  • 7th and 8th graders participate during periods 5 and 6.

Mrs. Allen may be reached at callen [at] campbellusd.org

Thank you for considering ways to be with your children and support our community.

With what was a pretty heavy first rain for us, please drive with caution today, as we want everyone to arrive safely.  Additionally, be mindful that there are two drop off and pick up locations on our campus...

  1. Pollard Loop
  2. End of More Avenue Loop

The first entrance off More is designated a parking lot for staff, not a drop off point.

Thank you for your attention to the safety of students and staff and each other.
