    Give 2 examples of biotic factors and 2 examples of abiotic factors and explain why they     are in that category,

Class Work:

  1. Bell Work: 1st on your own, then share out with team, then as class (Review the 6 Characteristics of living things mnemonic: Dr. Cugs)

  2. Pond Water Lab

    1. 1. Locate and draw 3 organisms with detail.

    2. 2. Research about these three 3 and describe their niche and habitat. If you are having a hard time identifying your 3 organisms, then use the "A Virtual Pond Dip" link and identify 3 organisms and draw, describe it's niche and habitat.

    3. 3. Answer Target #2: Using the information you learned from the lab, write an argument for or against the idea that a drop of pond water is an ecosystem. Use your vocabulary terms to explain.

  3. Harvest Data of WFP

    1. Review of how many seeds in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, generation and the nth generation for H.O.

    2. Harvest seeds!
