👨‍🍳👩‍🍳Student culinary teams from the Expanded Learning programs at Campbell School of Innovation (CSI), Monroe Middle School, Rolling Hills Middle School, and Sherman Oaks Dual Language Immersion School will be competing April 1, 2026 for Campbell Union School District (CUSD) “Top Chef” honors. Middle grade students have been competing in the Top Chef style competition since 2022; not only for bragging rights, but for the opportunity to have their winning recipe added to the school lunch menu. 🔗campbell.org has more information and the live stream link. 📚We are learners 🤝We are collaborators 🛠We are community builders #wearecampbellusd @campbellsupt @childnutritionservicescusd

Fueling your body with the right nutrients makes all the difference in how you feel and learn. 📚 💪This month, we’re celebrating the vibrant "rainbow" of flavors found in our cafeterias. 🌈 🍽️ By eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, our students get the essential fiber, minerals, and antioxidants they need to thrive. To ensure the best quality for our community, CUSD is proud to source organic, farm-to-table produce for our school meals. 🌟 Simple Tips for a Healthier You: Eat the Rainbow: Colorful veggies offer essential nutrients like Vitamin A. Don’t Skip Breakfast: Start your day early for stable energy all day long. Watch Portion Sizes: Mindful eating helps avoid overeating and keeps digestion smooth. Choose Healthy Fats: Foods like avocado and nuts nourish the brain and balance hormones. Stay Consistent: Building a sustainable routine is the key to long-term health. Let’s make every bite count this month! What is your favorite colorful vegetable to add to your plate? 🌈✨ #wearecampbellusd #NationalNutritionMonth #EatTheRainbow #FarmToTable #HealthyHabits #StudentWellness #EatSmartLiveStrong @campbellsupt @childnutritionservicescusd
