Miss Perris' 6th Grade ELA, Reading, and Social Studies

6/7/18

Happy Baskin-Robbins Thursday,

Students did a fantastic job last night at the annual Notes and Floats concert!!  It was really a treat to watch them all perform!

As far as tomorrow’s picnic, they have moved the school election to Monday, so as soon as students watch the morning announcements, we will be ready to take off to the park.  School starts at 8:40 am for those parents who will be walking with us to the park or driving to the park.  We will need to put all of the goodies into the cars of the parents who are driving.

Don’t forget to pack a lunch!!  And, remember to bring a water bottle!!

Students need to wear closed-toe shoes — no flip-flops or sandals!

As far as next week, we will be having minimum days.  This means that students will be getting out of school at 2:07 pm.  The last day of school is Wednesday.

We look forward to seeing many of you tomorrow.

Have a good night.

Oh, and please remind your child to look for books from our classroom library.  I would like them all back by Monday.
