Reminders: Winter break is next week, 2/18/19. Trimester 2 ends 3/8/19.
Homework for 2/11/19:
Reading/Literature: READ 30 minutes every night including weekends!
***GREEN GROUP ONLY — Complete the character analysis in the composition book (2 paragraphs). I gave students an example and asked that they tape it into the composition book. This example should be used for reference only; please do not copy from it. Use the chart that we came up with in class to help with writing the paragraphs. This needs to be completed TONIGHT, so we can move on in the novel.
Language Arts:
*Review grammar worksheet
*Vocabulary quiz on Wednesday, 2/13
*Grammar quiz on Friday, 2/15
Math: No homework
Science: FINISH science worksheet – guided reading from book (They have taken the book home.) - GREEN GROUP ONLY!
Social Studies: No homework. Students will be writing a summary paragraph for their Cornell notes on section 1 (classwork tomorrow).
