Happy Tuesday,
Please remember the RHMS Toy Drive! We are asking for new toys appropriate for middle school aged children (no video games or gift cards, please). The last day to donate toys will be Friday, 12/14. Thanks as always for your support.
There will be a Walden West representative coming to RHMS on Thursday, 12/6 to talk to our students about what to expect at science camp.
There will be a band concert on Wednesday, 12/12 here at RHMS.
COLLECTING ALL BOX TOPS!! If you have been collecting BOX TOPS, Please bring then to your 1st period teacher. PLEASE put the BOX TOPS in a baggie and write your child’s name/# of BOX TOPS on the baggie. We will be collecting BOX TOPS throughout the year, so if you can start saving them now, that would be great!! Thanks for your support.
Homework for 12/4/18:
Reading/Literature: READ 25 mins. every night including weekends! Green group students ONLY - Show the STAR Reading Diagnostic Report to parents. New AR points have been set for the trimester, since all points have been zeroed out from the first trimester. FOLD AND TAPE THE REPORT INTO THE BACK OF THE STUDENT PLANNER.
Language Arts:

*STUDY the vocabulary packet - Lesson 27
*Vocabulary quiz TOMORROW
*Grammar quiz on Friday, 12/7
Math:
*Complete the math worksheet
*The quiz for all of Module 6 will be this Thursday, December 6.
Science: We are continuing with presentations on organ systems. If your child has not presented, he/she should be practicing at home. Please ask to see his/her notes (blue and green papers).
Social Studies: No homework. We’ve created a 3-pocket foldable (white) for our unit on Israel. You will not be seeing a pink cover sheet with this assignment. The Israel map will be drawn directly on to the foldable. The foldable will be due on the day of the test. The test will occur prior to heading off for winter break.
