Happy Tuesday,
I passed back a lot of graded work during 6th period today. Please ask your child to see it. Additionally, Academic Achievement certificates were sent home today. Please look out for those as well.
We are going to have a LUNCHTIME PIZZA PARTY TOMORROW. Lunch begins at 11:53 am on Wednesday. We still need the following items, however:
*Plates
*Napkins
*Capri Sun
Please let me know if you would be able to bring any of these items for the party. Additionally, your child may bring in a dessert to share (e.g. cookies, etc.)
Just a reminder that we will be heading off to science camp on Tuesday, 1/15/19 and returning to school on Friday, 1/18/19. Please make camp checks payable to RHMS and make sure to include your child’s name in the memo portion of the check. The amount for science camp this year is $320.00.
COLLECTING ALL BOX TOPS!! If you have been collecting BOX TOPS, Please bring then to your 1st period teacher. PLEASE put the BOX TOPS in a baggie and write your child’s name/# of BOX TOPS on the baggie. We will be collecting BOX TOPS throughout the year, so if you can start saving them now, that would be great!! Thanks for your support.
Homework for 12/18/18:
Reading/Literature: READ 25 minutes every night including weekends!
Language Arts: Complete Ruth and Naomi summary paragraph (if not already completed).
Math:
*Finish scale pictures
*Finish house layout sheet
Science: No homework
Social Studies: We started our unit on India today. PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PINK SHEET FOR INDIA. ALSO, MAKE SURE THAT THE SECTION 1 VOCABULARY STAYS BEHIND THE PINK SHEET IN THE BINDER.
