Happy Friday,
I explained to students today that we received an email from administration regarding parties in the classroom. It essentially states that parties are “contrary” to the expectations that have been given to parents. The kids were disappointed to say the least. I was thinking that perhaps we could have some type of lunch event?? I’m not really sure at this point, so if anyone has any suggestions, we would love to hear them.
There are still a few missing science camp packets. Please turn them in ASAP. Thank you! We only need the blue forms at this point!!
RHMS is starting a Toy Drive on Monday, 12/3! We are asking for new toys that are appropriate for middle school aged children (no video games or gift cards, please). The last day to donate toys will be Friday, 12/14. Thanks as always for your support.

COLLECTING ALL BOX TOPS!! If you have been collecting BOX TOPS, Please bring then to your 1st period teacher. PLEASE put the BOX TOPS in a baggie and write your child’s name/# of BOX TOPS on the baggie. We will be collecting BOX TOPS throughout the year, so if you can start saving them now, that would be great!! Thanks for your support.
Homework for 11/30/18:
Reading/Literature: READ 25 mins. every night including weekends! Students will be taking a new STAR Reading Diagnostic next week.
Language Arts: Vocabulary quiz on Wednesday, 12/5
Math: Page 159 and 160
Science: No homework
Social Studies: No homework. We will begin our unit on Israel on Monday.
