With the new trimester comes 5 more minutes of daily reading.  Your child is now expected to read 25 mins. every day.  Thank you for your support.

There will be a Walden West representative coming to RHMS on Thursday, 12/6 to talk to our students about what to expect at science camp.  Stay tuned for more information. 
 
COLLECTING ALL BOX TOPS!! If you have been collecting BOX TOPS, Please bring then to your 1st period teacher.  PLEASE put the BOX TOPS in a baggie and write your child’s name/# of BOX TOPS on the baggie.  We will be collecting BOX TOPS throughout the year, so if you can start saving them now, that would be great!!  Thanks for your support.
Homework for 11/29/18: 
 
Reading/Literature:  READ 25 mins. every night including weekends!  Students will be taking a new STAR Reading Diagnostic next week. 
 
Language Arts:  
 
*Review grammar worksheet (10 mins.)
 
*Grammar quiz TOMORROW
 
*Vocabulary packet due TOMORROW (We will review the answers as a class, but students will hold on to the packets, so they can study for the quiz.)
 
*Vocabulary quiz on Wednesday, 12/5
 
Math:  Ratios worksheet, pages 115-116 (Pick a side)
 
Science:  Evaluation sheet due TOMORROW — for those groups that presented today
 
Social Studies:  
 
*STUDY the Egypt packet (pink cover sheet attached) — Egypt packet due TOMORROW
*Egypt test is TOMORROW.
