Thank you to those who sold (and purchased) ChicoBags. Your support is greatly appreciated.
Regarding the short story packets: If your child’s packet says, “Writer’s Fair”, they will need to make some corrections and resubmit a clean copy to me. I will need to have the original packet back as well. The clean copy should not be stapled together. Writer’s Fair stories are due back by Thursday, November 30.
The end of the trimester is Friday, November 17. Thanksgiving break is from November 20-24. We will return to school on Monday, November 27.
Announcements:
1. The annual Color Run will be held on Friday, November 17 directly after school. The cost is $5.00. They are suggesting that students wear white!
2. If you have not been able to make it to the Book Fair here on campus, you can purchase books on this site: http://www.scholastic.com/bf/rollinghillsmiddleschool
3. Mrs. Donovan’s homework center meets on Mondays from 3:15 - 3:45 pm.
4. Miss Perris’ homework center meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:15 - 4:15/4:30 pm.
5. Mr. Chen’s homework center meets on Tuesday through Friday after school.

Please read 20-30 MINUTES every day at home. An AR book should be in a student's backpack at all times.
