SPIRIT WEEK CONTINUES!! TOMORROW is MOUSTACHE DAY!!
COLLECTING ALL BOX TOPS!! If you have been collecting BOX TOPS, Please bring then to your 1st period teacher. PLEASE put the BOX TOPS in a baggie and write your child’s name/# of BOX TOPS on the baggie. BOX TOPS are needed ASAP (Sorry for the late notice. They just announced it today!)
Homework Center will resume next Tuesday, 11/6.
The end of trimester 1 is Friday, November 16. Your child will be taking a new elective class beginning Monday, 11/26 (unless they are in a year-long class).
Homework for 10/31/18:
Reading/Literature: READ 20 mins. every night including weekends! Green group only — Complete The Jumping Tree response. Write about 2 character traits, include evidence from the text, and show how it supports your answer. (I WILL COLLECT THE JUMPING TREE ASSIGNMENT TOMORROW — Green group only!)
Language Arts:
*Review grammar worksheet (5 mins.)
*Grammar quiz on Friday, 11/2
*Work on vocabulary packet due Friday, 11/2
Math: None
Science: None
Social Studies: Bring Egypt map back to class TOMORROW.
