Happy Wednesday,
There will be no Homework Center this week due to conferences. School will end at 1:08 pm every day this week! A few conference reminders:
1. Your child needs to be at the conference.
2. If there is any graded work that you are concerned about, please bring it to the conference.
3. Conferences will be held in room B-1.
Don’t forget about the Book Fair! It’s going on all week in the library.
There will be an ice cream social for all cross-country participants on Monday, 10/22 during lunch in the gym. Please remember to turn in your uniform!
Homework for 10/17/18:
Reading/Literature: READ 20 mins. every night including weekends!
*Print and turn in the Hammurabi paragraph, if not turned in today (GREEN GROUP ONLY)
Language Arts: READ THROUGH YOUR SHORT STORY TWO TIMES!
1st time = Revise (make changes to the story, if needed)
2nd time = Edit (look for grammatical errors - punctuation, capitalization, spelling, etc.)
Math: No homework
Science: No homework
Social Studies: We have begun our unit on Egypt!
