Upcoming Work on More Avenue

We wanted to share with our community that Valley Water will begin inspecting and repairing a portion of the West Pipeline that runs directly beneath Rolling Hills Middle School during the week of November 10, 2025. Work will continue intermittently through the end of the month.

The planned work will require Valley Water to access two manhole locations, specifically:

• In the roadway on More Avenue
• Inside the fenced area behind the baseball field parking lot near the Union Pacific Trail

Valley Water crews will be at the road site during the following hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:45 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• Wednesday: 8:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Please see the attached map and traffic control plan for your reference.  Please be even more cautious about those associated with Valley Water, traffic cones, and of course our students.

Valley Water has worked closely with CUSD and RHMS to minimize noise and disruption to school activities.  Necessary updates will be communicated via PSQ.
