September 2nd Updates
Be up to date with RHMS happenings, including after school athletics and clubs, student pictures, iReady and COVID testing, and Back to School Night.

Part of the West Valley Athletic League, RHMS will offer sports this year. Our Athletic Director is Carmon Allen-Schnoor, and a link to our after school sports is here. Questions about sports and the sports physical that must be completed by your child's pediatrician may be directed to her at callen-schnoor [at] campbellusd.org.
It is our intention to offer after school clubs as well. The quantity and type of clubs are contingent upon the numbers of adults who express an interest in contacting our Athletic Director and sponsoring them.
The RHMS musical is a function of CUSD Extensions. It is tentatively set for Winter/Spring of 2022. We also offer CREW after school. For more information, use this link.
Fall pictures are set for Thursday, September 9th. Photos will be taken during PE classes. Please check your email for information coming from Lifetouch in regards to online ordering. We will also be sending home physical order forms later this week.
We will start our middle school iReady testing on Tuesday, September 7th. As we are all teachers, we will run all testing through fourth period classes, not just ELA and math courses. The bell schedule link is here. Please refer to the last schedule.
With projected enrollment not always mirroring the actual numbers of students who enroll in August, we are finalizing schedule changes this week. Some classes will be combined, and we do not take this lightly. Affected students and parents will be notified by Friday of this week.
For up to date COVID 19 information, including initial vaccination and potential booster appointments for children 12 and older, please use this link.
In an effort to keep our students and staff safer from COVID transmission, CUSD is teaming with Grapefruit Testing in the coming weeks. With parental consent, students will be tested here at RHMS. Here is a video and a link that will add context. Here is the consent form so we may help keep our community safer.
Mindful that Parent-Teacher Conferences are the week of October 4th, Back to School Night will be virtual with a live portion and recorded teacher links in most cases. The recordings allows for families to find times that best suits needs as teachers share details of courses and instructional strategies. Beginning at 6:30 on September 8th, we will share a link with families and conclude the evening with our first PTA meeting of the year. PTA budget will be passed and information shared.
