Welcome from the RHMS PTA President

Hello New and Returning RHMS Families!

Welcome to the new school year!   The PTA has several exciting events planned for each trimester.  Please read on to learn more.  

This year the RHMS PTA going to be doing the majority of its communication through Google Groups.  RHMS PTA Announce and RHMS PTA Community.   The PTA will be using RHMS PTA Announce for announcing PTA hosted and PTA Grant Supported Activities which are for the entire student body, not just PTA members.  RHMS PTA Community will be a group for all RHMS families past and present to share ideas and information, post about help needed, garage sales, ISO etc.  Neither group is a place to discuss school or district policies.  RHMS PTA uses Google for Education.  Please go to Google Groups and search for this group and request to join.  (If you cannot find it, give us a few days and try again, we are still learning this system :-). If there is a Google expert out there, please text me at robyn4jewelry [at] gmail.com ().  I need help making the group PUBLIC and not only a part of our Google for Education Private domain.)

Volunteers Needed: 
Monday August 7, 9am to 12noon (approx.) we are in need of volunteers to help stuff the green registration packet envelopes which are to be mailed that day.

Monday August 21, 10:30am to 3:30pm, we are in need of volunteers to collect papers, hand out schedules and PE uniforms, as well as other jobs at the registration day.  If you can come early set-up or stay late to clean-up that would be helpful.

New this year, the PTA is going to publish on our website a listing of all PTA MEMBERS who wish to advertise their business to other RHMS families.  This list is available to all families but you must be a PTA member to list your business.  If you plan to become a PTA member, you may list your business here, all listings will be cross-checked with the paid membership roster before being included.
