Technology Update

As we enter a time where week-long vacations arrive and spring is soon enough, we wanted to take the time to re-share with families our CUSD Board approved cell phone policy.

So that students may continue to experience the positive results of an absence of cell phones in classrooms, in restrooms, and between periods, students are also recipients of schoolwide reminders.

While cellphones are to always be in Yondr pouches, Chromebooks are unique.  At CSI, MMS, and RHMS, Chromebooks may only be used during break or lunch in the presence of an adult, that is to say in a classroom or the library.  Students may be engaged in doing homework, watching videos, or playing games.

With the support of our RHMS PTA, RHMS continues to offer an array of playground equipment during lunchtime, including volleyballs, basketballs, soccer balls, and footballs, and our Leadership class hosts music and games in the quad on Fridays.  Our fields and quad are full of positive energy.
