PTA Need
Our PTA needs help finding a PTA auditing committee and a nominating committee. The help is detailed below:
- PTA Auditing Committee comprises of one to two members who will conduct an annual or bi-annual audit of PTA's spendings. If this person is a CPA, only one member is required. If there are no CPAs available, the committee can be comprised of two members who are not CPAs.

Nominating committee comprises of two members who will find replacements for the PTA board for the next term. The committee communicates with current board members to find out their intention to stay or leave the board for next term. If there is a vacancy, the committee finds replacements for those roles.
