Back To School Night is almost here! We are looking forward to having parents come through classrooms next Wednesday night, September 9, 2015. Students will bring home the evening’s schedule on Tuesday, September 8. We’re sending this information home a day early this year in order to help parents that come directly from work. We’ll also send home a voice messenger with a reminder to ask your child for that schedule. Our goal is always 100% participation, so we want to help you come meet your child’s teachers by providing schedules a day early, sending reminders, and having the office open to answer questions. The evening will start at 6:15 PM, and end at 7:45 PM.

We’ll also have two meetings that night: 6th grade parents are asked to arrive by 6:00 PM for a brief 10 minute meeting regarding Science Camp, while 8th grade parents are asked to stay from 7:50 - 8:00 PM for a few updates regarding Promotion at the end of the year. Both meetings will be held in the cafeteria.

Finally, I’d like to remind everyone what a pleasure it is to park your car in our multi-level parking garage- HA! Don’t we all wish that was true? Parking here is a challenge! There is no multi-level garage, and there really isn’t room in our parking lot for anyone once our staff has parked their cars! We will open up the blacktop to parking, but please arrive with plenty of time to park your car. I don’t want our parking challenges to impact parents receiving important information from teachers.
