This week we will begin our Walk-Arounds! Walk-Arounds are short (5 second) acting exercises that allow students to work on their ability to convey an emotion or situation on stage.
We will also be starting our Theatre Vocabulary - students will learn 4 to 6 new theatre vocabulary words per week.

This week we will be focusing on pantomime (using our bodies to express actions and emotion).

This week we will continue to focus on building our classroom community. We will also be learning the basics of stage directions. Students will have a mini-quiz on Friday on stage directions.
