Healthy Living

Pledges, a poster contest, healthy coping skills, and a schoolwide assembly were all part of a concerted effort to share with students the benefits of healthy lifestyle choices and explain dangers of alcohol and vaping.

Sport-a-Thon

Over 550 individual students participated in Sport-a-Thon building community and raising funds for our after school athletic program.

Sport-a-Thon

Thanks to the nearly 50 parent volunteers, RHMS featured its annual Sport-a-Thon last week.  While students had the opportunity to play an array of organized sports for two periods, RHMS also fundraised approximately $10,000 for its after school sports program.

RHMS is proud of our after school Athletic Program and our Club offerings, coming from two different funding sources.  Donations to both help sustain what continues to rank highly as we ask for input from students and families about what makes RHMS a great place.

A Thanksgiving Message from the Superintendent

collage of partners working with students and staff.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we want to express our gratitude to the amazing community partners who enrich our students’ school experiences. From Elevate Math tutors supporting middle schoolers to Stanford’s Dr. Jo Boaler fostering a growth mindset in elementary math, and volunteers from Tzu Chi, Women’s League, and Foster Grandparents, your dedication fuels student success.

PTAs, Home-School Clubs, Boosters, and committees like the Innovation Council and Parent  Advisory Committees amplify these efforts, creating more opportunities and connections.

Thank you for helping us build a strong, supportive community. Wishing you a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
