These activities are held during lunch with the SKIPS counselors Mrs. Namita and Ms. Sanya. If you think your child would benefit from any of these activities, please encourage them to attend.

Yearbook Deadlines are approaching!!!
1) The 8th Grader Recognition Ads! The deadline for the paid ads celebrating your graduating student is February 8th. This deadline is set by Jostens (not RHMS), so this is a hard deadline with no extensions. Please see the attached flyer with website, pricing, and other details.
2) The lower price deadline for purchasing a yearbook ends February 23rd. The price goes up to $60 on February 24th.

We are excited to announce we are bringing back College & Career day to our campus Thursday, March 21, 2024. The day will be devoted to students exploring careers and college paths. During the morning, students will have the opportunity to engage in two workshops/presentations of their choice. During lunch, we will also have local colleges tabling and discussing various paths. More information about the event will be provided as we get closer to the date.
We are seeking volunteer speakers. If you, or someone in your network, are interested in sharing your college and career history we encourage you to sign up to be a guest speaker! Click HERE or scan the QR code to complete the interest form.

Mary Eschen is a popular local parenting educator and podcaster of Parenting Decoded. Her entertaining style and energy will put you back in the driver's seat with some new ideas on how to parent. You will walk out of the event with techniques you can put to use right away!

Starting January 18th, families, students and staff are invited to participate in the district’s annual survey. The survey asks for feedback around student learning, school safety, sense of belonging and more.
Parents and guardians will receive links via email and ParentSquare. Students in grades 3-8 will participate during specific class sessions.
