Rolling Hills Middle School

A Message from the Superintendent - 4/25/18

Dear Rolling Hills Community:

As we approach the final months of the school year, we also begin planning for next year. In 2018-19, there will be some changes in Rolling Hills Middle School’s administrative team. Principal Cynthia Dodd will be returning to the classroom and is excited by the opportunity to have a positive impact on students’ learning and school experience. As RHMS principal for 6 years, she has proven to be a strong community builder, and she prides herself in her relentless advocacy for students.

Stepping into the RHMS principal position next school year will be Ted Cribari, the current Campbell Middle School administrator. He will be working with the current administrators, Kristen Prindle and Steven Fisher.

Mr. Cribari has a wide range of experience in elementary and middle school education. Since joining our district in 1996, he has been an award-winning teacher, teacher coach and administrator and is known as a strong team builder. He has recently gained a wealth of knowledge about applying design thinking to K-8 education as a member of the new Campbell School of Innovation Design Team. He is looking forward to joining the RHMS family.

In our district, we believe in a strengths-based approach and that applies to our staff as well. The strengths of this administrative team will provide a smooth transition for the RHMS students and staff and enable RHMS to continue to make great academic strides as we prepare our students for their yet-to-be-defined future.

Sincerely,

Shelly Viramontez, Ed.D.

Superintendent
